What does it mean to Sign In?

Sign In is a feature offered by us to make your Checkout process quicker and easier.

You will have the choice of saving your details once, then simply entering your email address and password for all future transactions.

The benefit? You can view your order history.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Just fill in our forgotten password form (all you need to know is your email address), and we’ll send you a link allowing you to reset your password to something more memorable.

How do I change my details?

You can update your details at any time from your secure account management centre (you must be signed in to access this).

Am I able to amend my order once it’s placed?

No. Once an order is placed, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery. You cannot then amend or cancel the order.

What does the carriage charge include?

The carriage charge includes VAT at the prevailing rate, plus insurance and packaging.

How do I return faulty items?

You will need your invoice number and details of the item you wish to return.

Email or phone 01 4242044. We will then arrange collection.

Please parcel up, in original packaging if possible. Once returned we will despatch a replacement or process a refund.

Can I see Ex. VAT prices or vice versa?

Prices shown are VAT inclusive.

A VAT invoice will be sent with your order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout.

How long will it take to deliver my goods?

Stock items will be despatched within 24 hours .

We use a national carrier offering 24 hour delivery service.

For items not in stock we will update you by email.

How do I get technical help with a product?

Can I obtain a copy of my invoice?

How do I unsubscribe from your contact list?

If you would like to opt-out from receiving communications from CEF, then you can do so during registration.

You can unsubscribe at any time by filling in our unsubscribe form and you will be immediately unsubscribed from future updates.

After my order is placed will I get updates on its progress?

Yes. All orders are followed by an email confirmation almost immediately.

We email you once your order has been despatched and update you if there are any delays on each item.

Please note your order may arrive as one or more consignments.

Why can’t I find the product I am looking for?

Our website only holds a small selection of the products we are able to source and supply. If something you are looking for doesn’t appear on the site it doesn’t mean we are unable to supply the product to you.
